My cleaner cancelled

If your cleaner cancelled, take the actions listed below.

If your cleaning appointment is still matched with your cleaner:

  1. Go to your Cozy Maid account dashboard, and select your appointment.
  2. Scroll down and click 'Report an issue' > 'My cleaner rescheduled or cancelled'.
  3. Select whether you wish to 'Match New Cleaner and keep your schedule' or 'Match New Cleaner and reschedule'.

If your cleaning appointment was canceled, you may submit a new request here. Cozy Maid will follow up with your cleaner to underscore the consequences of their actions & ensure it does not happen again.
